Info On Pearl Jam’s Upcoming Tour

World-renknowned Seattle grunge godfathers Pearl Jam celebrate their twentieth anniversary as a band with a two-day festival followed by a tour of Canada this fall. The celebration kicks off with the two-day PJ20 festival at Alpine Valley in Troy, Wisconsin, where Pearl Jam headlines and also hosts Mudhoney, The Strokes, Queens of the Stone Age, and several more rock acts throughout the two days.

The festival takes place on September 3 and 4, and tickets remain for each individual day, and also for weekend passes for the entire festival.

Following the PJ20 festival, Eddie and the boys take off north to Canada, for ten dates starting in Montreal and ending up in Vancouver. The Canada run kicks off September 7 in Montreal, before passing through Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Edmonton, Calgary, and finally Vancouver.

As a bonus, two dollars from every ticket sold on the tour will be donated to the Vitalogy fund, the band’s charitable foundation, which funds causes selected by the members of Pearl Jam.

After taking a breather from the Wisconsin/Canada run, Pearl Jam hits the road again in November, this time bound for Brazil, and a nine-show run that wraps up in Mexico November 24.
